just a quick note to thank you again, for the beautiful service you gave to my uncle, Kevin on the 2.2.2012.
From the first time we met it was destiny that i had to choose you, your professionalism attention to detail is second to none. Your staff are amazing people, very dignified, for that i thank them. The day went off without a hitch, perfect in every way and very fitting for my uncle. My family and Kevin’s friends all said beautiful service ,everyone was very impressed.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I would highly reccomend your service.

Hi Michelle,
I just want to thank you once again for the amazing celebration for Dorothy today. It was truly perfect and know that Dorothy would have loved it. So many people commented on how wonderful you made such a sad occasion so thank you so much. This has been so hard on Guy and I know by the time we got home he was so more relaxed and knew that it was a fantastic farewell to a fantastic women.
Thank you Michelle. You were there for me with Chris and now again for Paul’s family and I personally appreciate the warmth, support and love you have always shown.
Chat to you soon hopefully maybe we could catch up for a happy event like a coffee if you get a chance.

I just wanted to thank you again for the beautiful service you provided to farewell my Dad last Thursday, everyone said how lovely it was. To be honest, I was really scared about organizing Dad’s funeral and you made it so much easier for me and stress-free. It definitely felt right when I left the chapel that I had given Dad the best farewell possible.

I don’t really know how to thankyou for making Chris’s funeral a most amazing, comforting and smooth running experience. From the start I knew that you were not treating Chris’s passing as another number. My mum Lucy Attwater passed away at 3:20pm Sunday 4th July 2010 . Thanks to Michelle within a couple days mum was in her care and EVERYTHING was taken care of.
All i had to do was make a phone call and Michelle done the rest as she promised and also followed all my families requests for mum’s funeral.
What a beautiful ceremony and everyone has commented on how nice it was for you to involve the grandkids by letting them write a message on a balloon and send it to heaven with their Nan.

I just wanted to say thank you very much for the wonderful job you did at Mum’s funeral on Friday. Everybody commented on what a lovely service it was, and we really appreciate all your help in getting it all to run smoothly on the day. It was a beautiful tribute and Mum would have loved it.
I just wanted to say on behalf of mum, Leonie, Tony and myself, thank you for all your efforts in putting together dad’s service yesterday. I went really well and we had nothing but compliments. Yvonne especially commented on your skills in co-ordinating it all and linking all the speakers and special memories.

Grandma was a really sweet granny, we had fun times when I was very young. She used to make home made hot chips out of potatoes, those cards games, cannot forget them and when I used to stay at grans place, we used to watch her favourite TV Shows and there is many more sweet memories of grandma.
Michelle and Mark done a wonderful job for my gran’s funeral back in january 2009, the way it was done was really good.

I can’t express how greatfull i am that the funeral of not only my Beautiful Sister -in-law but my dear mate Jenny was done with such class and dignity. It was a beautifull service and one that will stay in my heart forever along with Jen…The personal touch of having the TRIKE parked at the door covered in flowers was just lovely and i know Jen would have loved that. Being on the RIDE along side Jen will stay with me Forever.

In a quieter moment I wanted to drop you this line to say how deeply Mum and I and the entire Bradley bunch appreciated your magnificent efforts in relation to Dad’s Funeral Service.
The manner in which you conducted Aussie’s Service was nothing short of exceptional. Your introduction was beautiful, the whole composition of the Service was carried out with great sensitivity and timing allowing all family and friends to exit the Chapel with the feeling they had witnessed a wonderful farewell to a much loved and cherished person. Dad would have been quite chuffed, indeed humbled, to have received such a lovely Goodbye.
Of the numerous comments passed by so many, both at the Chapel and later at home, all were in unanimous agreement that you had conducted one of the most ‘feel-good’ services they had ever had the pleasure of attending and that you were duly entitled to the highest of accolades for your preparation and presentation of Dad’s Service. I could not agree more.
Michelle, from Mum and I in particular, our heartfelt thanks for everything you have done, prior to, during and after. You are quite an exceptional young lady with exceptional gifts. I shall be outlining to our next Vietnam Vets meeting these very sentiments.
If you have any spare Business Cards, I shall be only too happy to distribute them amongst our friends and neighbours.

I recently attended a cremation funeral service conducted by Michelle. I can only say that the service was conducted with the utmost of professionalism and dignity and I know that the relatives of the deceased were very grateful for the care and consideration taken by Michelle in organising and conducting the service.
