Aged 84 Years 28.10.1925-07.02.2010
Derek’s life was celebrated at Holy Spirit Parish – St. Clair on Thursday 11th February, 2010, by Father Brian Fitzpatrick, after which the funeral cortege proceeded to Pinegrove Memorial Park, Minchinbury for a private cremation.
Memories of Derek’s life were spoken by his son Ian & a moving poem, dedicated to his beautiful wife was also read..
A devoted husband to Irene, cherished father to Pat & Ian, father – in law & friend, Derek was a quite, unassuming man who loved his family & he in return was loved by them also…
